Pat Gorman spent 15 years in executive sales & marketing roles with two of the world’s most prominent consumer product companies - E&J Gallo Winery and Mars Inc.  Prior to founding Gorman Group in 2014, his career spanned multiple cross-functional leadership roles all over the country, including: Director of Sales, National Team Leader, National Account Management, HQ Business Development, Category Leadership, Shopper Marketing, Insights, Sales Planning, Trade Marketing, Distributor/Broker Management & DSD Sales.

 

During his CPG career, Gorman relocated seven different times for promotions, hired & managed over 150 people, and led business units in excess of $250MM.  He was known for attracting top talent and cultivating high performing teams.  He currently leverages his first-hand experience, vast network and industry knowledge, to partner with client companies in the recruitment of difference making industry leaders. 

 

Gorman is a Philadelphia native and a graduate of the University of Notre Dame.  He lives in Charlotte, with his wife Jen, and their five children.
